Comments on: Feisty Fawn installation issues fixed! http://psubuntu.com/2007/06/09/feisty-fawn-installation-issues-fixed/ Ubuntu on a Playstation 3 Tue, 02 Dec 2008 14:23:46 +0000 http://wordpress.org/?v=2.6.2 By: Alidanwer http://psubuntu.com/2007/06/09/feisty-fawn-installation-issues-fixed/#comment-64734 Alidanwer Tue, 07 Oct 2008 18:31:34 +0000 http://psubuntu.com/2007/06/09/feisty-fawn-installation-issues-fixed/#comment-64734 i installed the new version of ubuntu Fiesty Fawn 7.04 in my ps3 it hardly took 15 mins,,, it was my first every hands on experience on linux so it was real slow the ps3 was hanging and was not running smooth after that i restart and ejected the installation DVD that i have burned and than it said "it Will Halt now' something like that and it hanged .... after than i had to turn off my ps3 from backside and than when i turned on the power of ps3 the default os was PS3 and than i again tried to boot the other os but it was damaged now what the hell... i really dont get it was the installation incompelete or the drivers were not installed that was the reason for slow ubuntu....????/ any one help or recommend any faster and easy to install version of any OS for PS3 that runs smooth on ps3 and a step by step guide to install it untill compelete installation of Drivers and other OS.....................................................................
